Sara K
Whoever Sara K wrote this song about, from the very beginning they've got to know they're in for something. And once the bassline of "Turn My Upside Down" hits, he can't stop it. "I'm gonna speak my piece," she says, "and you're gonna listen." Sara's soul is smeared all over this track, from her smoky vocals and woeful lyrics to the chugging riffs of her 4-string guitar. By the end of her harangue, it's clear that she feels better, along with whoever's been listening. The blues is like that, like plant respiration-Sara's got to get this song out of her, and everybody in the room needs to hear it.
Sara's been touring for over 30 years now, and boy, does she have something to sing about. She's seen her share of drama—in her family, on the road, in the studio. Jumping between Texas and New Mexico for her entire musical career, she's been prolifically inspired by the Southwest. Sara's released 3 full-length albums and toured extensively in Europe where she maintains a sizeable fanbase.

Revolution is sending the sounds of undiscovered artists echoing across the music landscape.
This is about the freedom to create and be heard - to expose people to music they don't even know they want to hear - to give them the chance to discover. By working with independently owned businesses, visual artists, musicians and KTAO 101.9FM, the worlds most powerful solar radio station, we are able to present original songs released by independent musicians the way they wanted, not how some big record company thinks they should sound. "The Revolution Collection - Blues" is the second in a series from Revolution.
